On macro economic, this policy can make price stability. Huge money will back to Indonesia bank, such us Mandiri bank, BCA, BRI, BNI, etc.. With a lot of money bank will distribute a property credit to the customers more than before. This make our property will growth up , two or even three years in the future.
At this article , i hope Indonesia banks can make a little bit easy to loan mortgage. Many bank has their own rules, bank will only approve for first buyer real estate. if you want to sale your house personally , it can be difficult to apply. I suggest there same attitude rule for new house and second house for sale. Bank also need to reduce the interest loan, and also reduce down payment buyer. It can be securely for customers to buy a house.
