When the policy obligation use Rupiah in every transaction in the country, it is feared a major impact on foreign investment and capital flows.

Hence, the obligation to use rupiah currency in these rules are not in line with the provisions of the Penyertaan Standar Akuntasi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 10 Tahun 2015 in which companies can use currencies other than rupiah as the reporting currency. As it known, Bank Indonesia has issued Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3 / PBI / 2015 on Liability Use of Rupiah in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, which was followed by Circular No. 17 / DKSP. The rules become effective July 1, 2015 began to use.
